Bilingual Concierge Advocate - Healthcare Member Support

SHPCA SCAN Health Plan is seeking a Concierge Advocate-Bilingual (Cantonese or Mandarin) to enhance our customer service experience. This position involves serving as a main contact point for member inquiries and concerns, and advocating for members by resolving issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will have 1-2+ years of experience in customer service or hospitality, and demonstrate strong critical thinking skills.
