Genesis is hiring a Community Recruitment Partner to lead talent sourcing and full-cycle recruitment for a cluster of nursing centers. You will build community ties, develop local pipelines, and work with center leaders to meet staffing needs. You will engage in grassroots outreach, social media, and in-person events, recruiting CNAs and RNs while minimizing agency costs.
