Job Description
St. Michael is need of locum General Cardiology coverage to start as soon as credentialed.
Rates:
Hourly
Tier 1: $440/hour and below Tier 2: $441-$475/hour
Schedule/Availability Requirements: Monday-Friday - 2-3 weeks per month.
Client will need the provider to work in Port Townsend as well and this will be likely on Monday's. Provider will work at St Michael until Port Townsend's privileges are granted.
Shift time: 8a-5p Duration: 3+ months Facility Location: VMFH St Michael
Setting: Outpatient Clinic Duties: See new consults, follow-ups and transfer of care patients Support Staff: MA, RN, echo techs EMR: EPIC Reason for coverage: Backfilling for vacant position Additional information from client: Primary responsibility is seeing patients in the office and following up on generated results.
Encounters to be closed within 24 hours.
Result ECG's on ECG's ordered for patient care.
May be asked to result Zio monitors ordered by other providers when backlog exists.
May be asked to be the supervising physician for nursing visits and stress tests - expect that the nursing documentation is signed off. Certification Requirements
