Security Professional - Government Patrol Location Tucson, AZ Schedule Tuesday 08:00 PM – 06:00 AM Wednesday 08:00 PM – 06:00 AM Friday 08:00 PM – 06:00 AM Pay $17.50 per hour What You’ll Do Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites. Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education. Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams. Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service. Be prepared to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise. Responsibilities Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner. Conduct regular and random tours around the location and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and suspicious behavior. Observe and report any security‑related incidents, hazards, or unusual circumstances encountered during tours. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while conducting rounds. Follow all post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management. Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points as required by site policies. Qualifications Availability across various days and shifts. Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments. Desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company. Interest in transitioning into full‑time roles when available. Agreed upon availability to work the specified shift times. High school diploma or equivalent. Guard Card or license is preferred. At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Background investigation and drug screening in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Valid driver’s license required only for driving positions. Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
