This role includes preventive care, management of gynecologic conditions, and obstetric services, with an emphasis on evidence-based, patient-centered care and collaboration within multidisciplinary healthcare teams./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliProvide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to patients/liliManage prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care/liliDiagnose and treat acute and chronic gynecologic conditions/liliPerform routine gynecologic examinations and preventive screenings/liliPerform obstetric and gynecologic surgical procedures within scope of practice/liliConduct vaginal and cesarean deliveries as indicated/liliDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans/liliOrder, interpret, and document diagnostic tests and imaging/liliEducate patients on reproductive health, family planning, and preventive care/liliCollaborate with nursing staff, midwives, anesthesiology, pediatrics, and specialty consultants/liliMaintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation/liliParticipate in quality improvement, patient safety, and risk management initiatives/li/ulh3Practice Setting/h3ulliHospital and outpatient clinic settings/liliCall coverage and shift requirements based on practice model/li/ulh3Patient Population/h3ulliWomen across reproductive and post-reproductive stages/liliObstetric patients with low- to moderate-risk pregnancies/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliMD or DO from an accredited medical school/liliCompletion of an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program/liliBoard certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology/liliEligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the practicing state/liliDEA registration or eligibility/li/ulh3Skills Competencies/h3ulliBroad clinical and surgical expertise in obstetrics and gynecology/liliStrong clinical judgment and procedural skills/liliExcellent communication and patient education abilities/liliCommitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care/liliAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment/li/ulh3Work Environment/h3ulliWomens health and maternity care settings/liliMultidisciplinary, team-based care model/liliEmphasis on safety, quality outcomes, and continuity of care/li/ul/div
