Now Hiring:  Warehouse Associate

Location: Odessa, TX

Position Summary

• We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. 
• This position is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping electrical supplies and materials while maintaining accurate inventory records. 
• The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery or shipment.
• Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Load and unload delivery trucks.
• Ensure products are properly labeled, stored, and handled.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety procedures.
• Assist customers, drivers, and team members as needed.
• Perform general warehouse and material handling duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer and inventory management skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions.
