Healthcare Board Member

Seeking accomplished healthcare leaders, the part-time Board Member will provide strategic guidance and governance for Healthcare Shares, advising on market opportunities, investment themes, and ecosystem growth in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities: Provide strategic guidance on Healthcare Shares' growth, positioning, partnerships, investment focus, and long-term vision Advise on healthcare market trends, emerging opportunities, startup evaluation, founder support, and social impact strategy Contribute leadership insight across various healthcare sectors, supporting the firm's ecosystem and portfolio Required qualifications: Significant experience in healthcare, medicine, life sciences, venture capital, or related fields Senior leadership, board, advisory, or entrepreneurial experience preferred Strong professional network within healthcare, investment, or innovation ecosystems Ability to provide strategic and mission-aligned guidance to support healthcare startups Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month to board participation and advisory activities
