Advertising Sales Representative - St Paul, MN

$42,250 base salary + uncapped commission | $60,000-$65,000 typical first-year earnings | $85,000+ established earnings | Top performers can earn $100,000+

LPi is looking for a Territory Sales Representative to sell print and digital advertising solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, building relationships, closing new business, and growing existing accounts within an assigned territory.

What You Can Earn

• $42,250 base salary + uncapped commission
• Typical first-year earnings of $60,000-$65,000
• Established representatives earn $85,000+
• Top performers can earn $100,000+
• Up to $5,000 Fast Track Bonus for achieving new-hire sales milestones
• Annual employee bonus opportunity of up to $1,500

What You'll Do

• Sell print and digital advertising to small and medium-sized businesses
• Generate new business through high-volume outbound calling and prospecting
• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce
• Manage the sales process from prospecting through close
• Grow existing customer accounts
• Organize and manage your assigned territory independently
• Use company-provided technology, training and resources to achieve sales goals
• Travel approximately 30% overnight , depending on your territory

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and high-volume sales
• Motivated by goals and uncapped earning potential
• Persistent and comfortable hearing "no"
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized and able to manage a sales pipeline independently
• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving results
• Sales experience in business development, advertising, media, marketing or another high-volume sales environment preferred
