Job Title: PRN Direct Support Professional (DSP) Location: Solon, OH Schedule: PRN (as needed, flexible shifts) Overview We are looking for a reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide as‑needed support for an individual who requires structure, supervision, and behavioral support. This role is best for someone who is patient, consistent, and able to stay calm in different situations. Responsibilities Provide direct care and supervision (1:1 or 2:1 support) Follow a structured daily routine and schedule Assist with meals and follow a set food schedule (no extra food outside plan) Use calm redirection when behaviors occur Support daily activities and community outings Help maintain a clean and organized environment Document daily activities and any behaviors Follow safety and emergency procedures when needed What We’re Looking For Dependable and patient Able to stay calm and follow directions Comfortable working with behavioral needs Good communication skills Requirements High school diploma or GED Valid driver’s license (if transportation is needed) Experience is a plus, but not required Flexible PRN position with the opportunity to make a real impact. #J-18808-Ljbffr Belove-IT-Car
