Work Setup: Fully Onsite - In Office; Austin, TX

Schedule: Monday–Saturday, between 6:30 AM and 8:00 PM (shift assigned by client)

Position Overview

Join a dynamic, mission-driven team dedicated to supporting healthcare providers across Medicaid programs. As a Provider Enrollment Specialist , you’ll play an essential role in ensuring providers are enrolled accurately and efficiently, helping them deliver critical services to members in need. This is an onsite position offering excellent benefits, company-provided equipment, and a supportive work environment that values growth and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from healthcare providers.
• Assist providers with application deficiencies and documentation requirements.
• Process provider enrollment and file maintenance requests accurately and on time.
• Maintain production and quality standards, including a minimum 98% QA score.
• Research incomplete applications and follow up with providers to ensure completion.
• Identify and resolve application issues using critical thinking and standard procedures.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive provider and healthcare information.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and team meetings.
• Update system records and track provider interactions accurately.
• Stay up-to-date with Medicaid enrollment policies and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or data entry experience .
• At least 6 months of experience in healthcare credentialing or provider enrollment preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Must provide full address prior to interview.
