Procurement Specialist
Pay will be based on experience!
Located in North Florida
As the Procurement Specialist you will lead, perform and oversee management and administrative duties for the purchasing department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Direct the research and purchase of technical products for all departments
Provide administrative and clerical support to the department
Type reports, purchase orders and other documents
Research vendors and collect prices, specifications, and other data as needed
Control all order confirmations, monitor delivery dates and verify invoices
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent- Required, College Degree Preferred
Minimum of 2 years of procurement experience
Attention to detail
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
Ability to type 50wpm - evaluation required
