Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across Tennessee. We provide ABA services that focus on real life, real families, and meaningful progress. This role is a great fit for students or early-career professionals who are passionate about working with children and families. Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $20–$24 per hour as starting pay, based on experience. RBTs with additional experience may discuss higher pay.

• Hours: Full-Time (30+ hours per week) or Part-Time

• Schedule: Flexible scheduling based on availability

Referral Bonus

We offer a $400 referral bonus for RBTs or BCBAs referred to Tennessee or Nebraska .
The bonus is paid once the referral joins our team and remains employed for at least 45 days .

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings

• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Collect and record data on client progress

• Collaborate with families and clinical team members

• Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or interest in working toward certification

• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)

• Experience working with children or in ABA is helpful but not required

• Ability to pass a background check

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
