This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dealership lot, ensuring a positive experience for customers and staff alike. Additionally, the role includes taking photos of inventory vehicles for the website to help showcase our vehicles online effectively. Benefits Great working environment Paid Training Medical Dental and Vision insurance 401K Competitive hourly wage of $17.00 - $19.00 paid bi-weekly Opportunity to work for a reputable and growing dealership Supportive and friendly work environment Potential for career advancement within the company Responsibilities Moving customer vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the sales lot Maintaining an orderly parking area, sales lot and vehicle display, car preparation, shop and showroom appearance Oversee vehicle delivery process as first priority, managing delivery board & gas slips Assist with lot + showroom organization & vehicle inventory management Assist with new car check in's & inspections/dealer trade in's Compare serial numbers of incoming cars Catalogs and stores keys. Assigns stock control numbers to cars. Take photos of inventory vehicles for the internet. Move vehicles around the lot as directed to ensure proper display and accessibility Clean and detail vehicles on the lot to maintain a presentable appearance Take photos of inventory vehicles for the website Assist with vehicle deliveries and preparations for sales events Conduct routine inspections of vehicles for cleanliness and any visible issues Maintain lot organization and report any maintenance or safety concerns Provide general assistance to the sales team and other departments as needed Make sure every vehicle has price stickers Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment Previous experience in an automotive or lot porter role is a plus but not required Able to operate both automatic and manual transmissions. Enthusiastic Friendly Minimum of 18 years old with a current, valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. This position requires the ability to bend, kneel, walk or stand for long periods of time in all types of weather.
