Warehouse AssociateThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including inventory organization, stocking, shipping and receiving, forklift operation, and general warehouse maintenance. This role plays a key part in ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and timely movement of products throughout the warehouse.The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganize and restock inventory in designated warehouse locationsLoad and unload trucks safely and efficientlyOperate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as requiredWrap, package, and prepare inventory for shipmentAssist with inventory movement and material handling throughout the warehouseMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentCollaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and management teams to improve operational efficiencyMaintain and care for warehouse tools and equipmentScrap and remove panels and materials as directedSupport shipping, receiving, and inventory control activitiesAssist with general warehouse duties as assignedPerform other duties, tasks, or work as assignedQualificationsDetail orientedStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgmentAbility to work accurately and effectively under deadlinesEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED requiredWarehouse experience preferredForklift experience is a plusPhysical DemandsOccasional sitting, reaching, working overhead, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawlingFrequent walkingContinuous standing and repetitive hand motionFrequent lifting and movement of materials throughout the workdayAbility to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and heavier items with proper equipment or team assistanceCompensationCompensation is based on experience, skills, and qualifications.NABCO BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision coverage10 PTO days5 paid sick daysPaid company holidaysCompany-paid short-term and long-term disabilityCompany-paid life insurance401(k) with employer matchingWork EnvironmentThis position operates in a warehouse environment.
