Position Overview:
- Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) full-time in Ephrata, Washington
- Pay range $28/hr - $38/hr, depending on experience
- Flexible $7500 career bonus: You’ll earn up to $7500 in additional financial benefits over your first three years — use it for retention bonus, sign-on bonus, or student loan repayment, or personal development.
- 75% OP / 25% IP

Physical Therapist Assistant Job Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans established by the supervising PT
- Complete documentation
- Communicate with patients, patients’ families, and physicians, and staff
- Assist in the general operation of the department
- Assist with development of programs
- Associate’s degree (A.A.) in Physical Therapist Assistant
- Possess or be eligible for WA state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
