Industrial Maintenance Technician

We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support our manufacturing operations on 2nd and 3rd shift . WHAT WE OFFER $15,000 sign‑on bonus (paid every 90 days) Competitive hourly wages + shift differential Paid time off & holidays $1,000 retention bonus $1,000 referral bonus On‑site cafeteria & 24/7 fitness center Responsibilities Electrical: Install and repair electrical systems, electric apparatus and components on industrial process machinery and equipment. Diagnose malfunctioning equipment such as transformers, motors, rectifiers, instrumentation, wiring, and lighting fixtures and replace damaged or broken wires and cables. Replace faulty electrical components of machine such as relays, switches, motors and positions sensing devices. Bend conduit; install new wiring for sensors, valves, actuators, and other electrical devices used for machine and process control. Fix machine controls using a PLC, servo, stepper, and basic relay logic controls. Mechanical: Repair and maintain mechanical pneumatic and hydraulic components on production machines such as metal fabricating stamping machines, material handling system, automated assembly machines, degreasing equipment, anodizing lines, and conveyor systems. Repair/replace damaged air, chemical, water and hydraulic pipes on machine and measures, cuts, threads and installs new pipe. Inspects and measures parts to detect wear, misalignment or other problems, replace as needed. Aligns and adjust components on machines to improve or correct machine functionality and part quality. Moves machinery and equipment, using hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucks Sets up and operates metalworking tools such as lathe, drill press or grinder to make or repair parts. Braze, weld, cut, solder and metalize as required to effect repairs. Test all repairs and installations for accurate functionality and proper performance. Record all work completed in the company asset tracking software, communicating issues, parts used and need to restock components to Maintenance Supervisor. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent (GED) State approved journeyman certification in: Maintenance Mechanic, Industrial Repairer, equivalent multi‑skilled Mechanical/Electrical program or 7+ years of experience in related field Repair and Maintenance of CNC Machining Equipment Experience working with Mechanical, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic systems. Must have basic digital literacy and proficient using computer applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Must be organized and able to work with little supervision.
