Quality Analyst

Analyzes and investigates Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 4 year degree or equivalent job experience Minimum 3 years of QA Testing / Automated Testing (Fitnesse, Selenium, etc) Minimum 3 years of technical applications support and/or support industry experience Proven ability to lead Test and UAT meetings Proven Ability to write and execute test cases Proven ability to recommend and drive change Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong technical aptitude with experience in the following: Oracle/SQL/MySQL/KAKFA Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience Additional Qualifications desired but not mandatory Health Care Industry experience ITIL Experience a plus Service Now or other Incident ticketing system experience a plus DevOps / Agile experience
