Your Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure holistic and all-encompassing patient care
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their families on therapy strategies that encourage further progress at home
• Track Patient Progress: Record clinical outcomes and fine-tune treatments as necessary, maintaining a patient-centered approach

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Commitment to ongoing learning and post-graduate certifications welcomed and supported

Certification Required

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
