Product Coordinator

Responsibilities: Maintain SAP and OV data as it relates to the product, formulation, specification, and quality. Track the Certificate of Analysis on a daily basis to monitor performance and correct data problems. Establish and maintain data at all levels within our systems – auditing daily for accuracy. Generate and review reports, performance statistics and other metrics and present them to concerns to help facilitate decision making. Provide accurate and timely communication about production shortages or delays. Identify issues that may impact customer satisfaction and engage the appropriate departments within TI to quickly resolve the issues. Partner with dept, manufacturing and IT to achieve a high-level continuous improvement initiatives. Helps identify and prioritize system improvements within SAP (MRP) and Optivision (shop floor). Performs other related duties as required and assigned. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in the field of Supply Chain Management, Packaging Technology, or related field is preferred High School diploma with job related experience is required Advanced knowledge of MS Excel / Access as well as Business Warehouse reporting tools Experience and proficiency in SAP is a must!
