We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dryer Vent and Air Duct Cleaning Technician to join our team at Dryer Vent Superheroes of Mecklenburg County. As a technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our customers' dryer vents and air ducts, while providing exceptional service. Responsibilities:
- Inspect and clean dryer vents and air ducts in residential and commercial properties
- Identify and resolve any issues or obstructions in the vents and ducts
- Utilize industry-specific tools and equipment to perform cleaning and maintenance
- Educate customers on proper maintenance and care for their dryer vents and air ducts
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Prior experience in dryer vent and air duct cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
