This isn't a seat where you inherit someone else's system and keep it running. You'll report directly to the CFO, run the accounting function with real autonomy, and help shape what the team looks like over the next 12–18 months.This role is built for someone with a public accounting foundation, private equity–backed company experience, and multi-site exposure — technically sharp (active CPA required), but just as comfortable acting as a strategic thought partner to the CFO as they are closing the books.What you'll own:The monthly close process, with a mandate to streamline and modernizeAn established accounting team, including an Accounting Manager and AP functionNoncontrolling interest and revenue recognition matters across a multi-site businessFinancial systems and reporting infrastructure as the company scalesBanking relationships and treasury processes through a transitionPartnership with the CFO on strategic and operational decisions across the businessWhat you bring:Active CPA requiredPrivate equity–backed company experience requiredMulti-site business experience required; healthcare experience a plusPublic accounting background, with progression xhyhwjd into industry, preferredStrong communicator, able to translate technical concepts simply for non-finance stakeholdersA curious, process-minded operator comfortable building structure in a fast-growing environmentCompensation: Competitive base salary + performance bonusWhy now: This platform is scaling quickly and the accounting function is being built out in real time — meaning the person who steps in now shapes how it runs, rather than inheriting something already built.
