Manager, Retail Visual Experience – Home Entertainment Integrated Marketing Location: Plano, TX (Fully Onsite) Position Type: 12+ Month Contract (W2) - High potential for multi-extension and Contract-to-Hire capability Pay Rate: $67.50 / hour (W2) Schedule: Fully Onsite (Monday – Friday) Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Manager, Retail Visual Experience – Home Entertainment (HE) to play a pivotal role in enhancing the visual display and video content experience across industry-leading lines of TV, monitor, audio, and memory products in retail environments. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role supports the development, editing, and localization of video content for retail store screens to ensure a best-in-class customer experience. The ideal candidate will manage multiple external agencies, collaborate closely with creative, sales, and channel marketing teams, and curate content across key accounts—ranging from major national retailers like Best Buy to regional partners. You will also support graphic design initiatives for retail product showcases, including shelf strips, point-of-purchase (POP) displays, and visual merchandising elements. Key Responsibilities Content Development & Localization: Edit and localize video content for retail screens, ensuring strict alignment with brand identity and regional market needs. Collaborate seamlessly with creative teams and external agencies to produce high-impact visuals. Retail Floor Curation: Regularly curate, update, and manage video content across retail floors for key accounts, ensuring consistency and relevance to drive customer engagement and sales performance. Agency Management: Oversee multiple agencies supporting content development and execution, ensuring fluid collaboration, adherence to brand standards, and timely delivery. Sales & Channel Marketing Collaboration: Partner closely with sales and channel marketing teams to align visual displays with overarching commercial strategies and promotional campaigns. Print Graphic Support: Assist the Senior Manager in leading graphic design for retail product showcases, including shelf strips, POP displays, and other visual merchandising elements. Quality Control & Asset Updates: Maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure all visual displays and video content remain current, accurate, and perfectly timed with product launches and promotional events. Project & Timeline Management: Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines, ensuring flawless execution, high-quality asset delivery, and meticulous attention to detail. Retail Visits & Optimization: Conduct regular field visits to retail locations to assess in-store visual displays, evaluate execution, and gather actionable feedback for continuous improvement. Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in visual merchandising, video editing, or retail experience management. Agency Leadership: Proven track record in managing external agencies and collaborating effectively with creative teams. Retail Acumen: Strong, demonstrated understanding of omnichannel retail environments and customer engagement strategies. Project Management: Expertise in project management methodologies, including end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery under tight deadlines. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational capabilities with an unwavering focus on attention to detail and quality control. Preferred Qualifications Direct experience within the consumer electronics, home entertainment, or durable goods industries. Advanced expertise in developing and adapting localized content for diverse, multi-market retail footprints. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage multiple agency relationships simultaneously. Familiarity with integrated marketing communication strategies and retail campaign execution. Practical experience conducting retail audits/site visits and translating observations into actionable improvements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agency partners. High adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to swiftly identify and resolve operational roadblocks.
