About the Role:

Join Rainbow International Of Cincinnati as a Project Manager and lead exciting restoration projects in the Fairfield, OH area. Be part of a dynamic team dedicated to helping clients recover from unexpected events and ensuring their properties are restored to their former glory.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure seamless communication.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Foster a positive team environment and promote collaboration.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the restoration or construction industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in restoration.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
