Inside Sales Representative

Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm Pay Rate: $21–$22/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time 7:00am-4:00pm or 8:00am-5:00pm (40 hours/week) Work Location: Fort Worth, TX. On-site, 5 days per week FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Position Summary We are seeking an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to support customer orders, order processing, and daily communication with customers and an overseas factory. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and enjoys working as part of a team. Industry-specific experience is not required, and training will be provided. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via email and provide order and shipment updates. Enter and process sales orders in the ERP system. Coordinate with an overseas factory regarding orders, delivery instructions, shipping dates, and transportation methods. Maintain and update open order reports. Confirm purchase orders, quantities, pricing, and shipping information for accuracy. Provide customers with invoices, packing lists, and shipment information. Prepare sales and order reports as needed. Maintain organized customer account records and files. Work with the Accounting team to resolve billing or shipping issues. Assist other team members as needed and contribute to a collaborative work environment. Qualifications Previous office, customer service, sales support, or administrative experience preferred. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. ERP system experience is a plus, but not required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Professional attitude and strong business manners. Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to learn and take initiative. Strong teamwork skills and willingness to assist colleagues when needed. High school diploma required; college degree preferred. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, team-oriented, and proactive.
