We believe that strong relationships are the foundation of our success, and we are looking for a motivated Customer Retention Specialist to help us maintain and grow these relationships.As a Customer Retention Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers feel valued and supported throughout their journey with us. You will be responsible for proactive outreach, responding to inquiries, and providing behind-the-scenes service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.Key responsibilities include:Make personalized birthday calls to customers to strengthen relationships and enhance customer experience.Set appointments for policy reviews to ensure customers are up-to-date with their coverage and options.Review customer changes by managing service tasks accurately and efficiently.Conduct thank you calls for new business onboarding to welcome and engage new customers.Respond promptly and professionally to customer text messages.Check and respond to voicemails in a timely manner.Perform behind-the-scenes service work to support customer accounts and improve service delivery.Qualifications:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Proficient with phone, text, and email communication.Experience in customer service, retention, or insurance-related roles is a plus.Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.Knowledge of Microsoft OfficeWhy join us?Opportunity to make a direct impact on customer satisfaction and retention.Supportive and collaborative team environment.Compensation: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per yearAbout Our AgencyOur mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.Our office is located in Seminole and St Pete, Florida.Our office is open M-F 9:00am-5:00pm.Additional languages spoken: Spanish and VietnameseIf you want a career, not a job, then we encourage you to apply.State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
