Seeking Contract Optimization Analyst candidates with relevant Government and Public Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government and Public Services Sector Clients such as MontCo. This is a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Process Improvement Analyst 2 Functional Area Professional - Operations Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Operations (Contract Optimization Analyst) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as Montgomery County PA (MontCo) | County Finance Department Generally Located In CONUS - Norristown PA and across the CONUS - Northeastern United States (USA) Region (Of Country/World).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Contract Optimization Analyst | Process Improvement Analyst 2 [MontCo0018017]

• Review and assess contracts for pricing inefficiencies, non-performance, and terms misalignment. Provide data-driven recommendations for renegotiation or termination. Create benchmarks and monitor contract KPIs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in contract management, contract lifecycle optimization, and financial modeling. Experience in public sector procurement and contract evaluation required.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Finance, Legal Studies, Business Administration. 35 years of experience in contract or performance analysis.

Skills Required

• Contract analysis, Excel, cost modeling, financial forecasting, vendor metrics.

Competencies Required

• Analytical reasoning, attention to detail, business writing, problem-solving, regulatory knowledge.
