Software Engineer Lead - Site Reliability Engineering Center

As a Software Engineer Lead within PNC's IT Site Reliability Engineering Center (SRC), you will be based in and work from one of PNC's IT Hubs: Denver, Colorado; Phoenix, Arizona; Cleveland, Ohio; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Birmingham, Alabama; Dallas, Texas.

Key skills required include: Java Spring Boot, OpenShift and Kubernetes, API troubleshooting and Postman, Dynatrace, Elasticsearch and Logscale, MQ, Kafka, event based programming, and database experience with MongoDB and Oracle.

The SRC (Site Reliability Center) is a 24/7 operation and you will be required to participate in a on-call rotational support team which may include resolving critical systems issues during off hours.PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Job Description

• Creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions.
• Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs. Prepares technical and procedural documentation required.
• Facilitates complex problem resolution.
• Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues. Reviews coding, testing, and documentation of software.
• Applies modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $86,250.00 – $158,125.00Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
