Procedure and modality read volumes reflective of a full‑time radiologist’s yearly output. Yearly volume for one full‑time radiologist: Image‑guided procedures (performed on‑site): ~508 total. US‑guided breast biopsies: 325. US‑guided needle localizations (with specimen): 101. Stereotactic breast biopsies: 58. US‑guided aspirations/needle placements: 16. Stereotactic clip & marker placements: 8. Interpretation: Screening mammography (incl. 3‑D tomosynthesis): 9,619. Diagnostic mammography (incl. 3‑D tomosynthesis): 2,279. Breast ultrasound: 1,716. Breast MRI: 306. Productivity expectations – minimum 79 RVUs per shift. Estimated annual volume: 15,168 RPC. Tech stack: PowerScribe 4.0. Compensation: $500‑$625 per hour (negotiable). Schedule On‑site breast radiology required long term; Monday to Thursday, 8 am‑4 pm AZMST coverage for Northwest Women’s Imaging & Northwest Women’s Imaging Houghton.
