The Skills & Heart You Bring Completion of an accredited Home Health Aide (HHA) program (or equivalent). At least 1 year of paid home‑health, hospice, or facility experience. Strong written and verbal communication—you’re comfortable updating digital care logs. CPR certification (or willingness to earn within 30 days).
