Interventional Radiology Technologist - Travel Job

Join our skilled team of imaging professionals as an Interventional Radiology Technologist in Jefferson, LA. Use your expertise to perform invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures. You will be responsible for the operation and quality assurance of imaging equipment, patient monitoring, and assisting in image-guided procedures. This role requires adherence to safety and regulatory standards and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient care.

Minimum Qualifications

• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
• Graduate of an AMA-approved accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Current state radiologic technologist license for Louisiana.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of Interventional Radiology (IR) technologist experience with references. Candidates with 1 year of experience will be considered only if they have documented neuro IR and scrub experience.
• Scrub experience required.
• Travel assignment experience required.
• On-call availability with a 30-minute response time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Neuro Interventional Radiology (Neuro IR) experience preferred.

Assignment Details

• Day 4x10-hour shift. 07:30 - 18:00.
• On-call required with 30-minute response time.
• May be assigned to an emergency team and required to remain on site or serve as relief during emergency events as directed by unit management.
