Job Description Job Description We are looking for a Dispatcher to join a busy operations team in Frederick, Colorado on a Contract basis. This role is well suited to someone who can keep schedules organized, respond quickly to changing needs, and maintain clear communication across customers, drivers, and internal staff. The position calls for strong judgment, close attention to detail, and confidence working with dispatch and call management tools in a fast-moving environment. Responsibilities: • Direct daily work assignments by coordinating schedules, distributing service calls, and keeping field teams informed of updates. • Handle incoming calls and service inquiries with professionalism, collecting complete details and determining response priorities. • Maintain accurate records in dispatch software by logging activities, tracking progress, and documenting status changes. • Provide timely communication to customers and internal partners regarding job status, delays, and resolution of service concerns. • Review schedules and routing adjustments throughout the day to improve efficiency and support uninterrupted operations. • Assist with logistics planning by confirming resource availability, organizing coverage, and helping teams meet expected timelines.• Experience with dispatching, scheduling, or coordinating service operations in a fast-paced setting. • Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage high call volumes professionally and efficiently. • Ability to use dispatch, call management, or related computer systems to maintain accurate operational information. • Clear verbal and written communication skills for working with customers, drivers, and internal teams. • Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing requests and adapt to changing schedules. • Background in logistics, service coordination, construction support, or a similar operational environment is preferred.
