Business Intelligence Analyst

DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst. This role is 100% Remote.Summary:A typical day involves managing operational processes, coordinating with stakeholders and external partners, tracking deliverables, analyzing business data, and ensuring programs execute smoothly. The individual will review ongoing workstreams, identify and resolve operational issues, maintain trackers and reports, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.Responsibilities may include:* Monitoring operational metrics, project milestones, and delivery status across multiple programs* Coordinating with stakeholders and external partners to resolve blockers and ensure timely execution of deliverables* Maintaining and updating operational trackers, dashboards, documentation, and business records* Analyzing business data to identify trends, risks, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities* Preparing recurring reports, executive summaries, and status updates for leadership and program stakeholders* Supporting onboarding activities, workflow execution, process documentation, and operational readiness efforts* Following up on action items, escalating issues when necessary, and ensuring commitments are completed on time* Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through process optimization, standardization, and automation* Participating in cross-functional meetings to gather requirements, provide operational insights, and drive alignment across teamsRequirements* 2-4 years of experienceProgram & Operations Management:* Experience managing operational processes, business workflows, project deliverables, and stakeholder coordination* Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, resolve operational issues, and drive execution in a fast-paced environmentData Analysis & Reporting:* Strong experience using Excel and reporting tools to analyze business data, track KPIs, identify trends, and generate actionable insights* Experience maintaining operational dashboards, reports, and business metricsProcess Improvement & Workflow Optimization:* Experience documenting processes, developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency* Demonstrated ability to automate or streamline manual workflows and implement scalable operational solutionsNice-to-Have Skills:* Project Coordination and Risk Tracking (2+ years)* Vendor Management and External Partner Coordination (1+ years)* Workflow Automation Tools (Power Automate, Zapier, Airtable, etc.) (1+ years)* Dashboarding and Business Intelligence Tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) (1+ years)Job TypeContractCompensation40 - $45
