Seeking a highly motivated Pediatric Neuropsychologist, the full-time Associate Director will implement clinical studies focused on rare epileptic and neurodevelopmental disorders while collaborating with various teams to ensure the scientific rigor and quality of clinical assessments in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and Regulatory Affairs to execute clinical trials (Phase I-III) Lead clinical training initiatives for central/site raters on complex pediatric neurodevelopmental and behavioral assessments Provide scientific oversight for operational execution of clinical assessments, ensuring rigorous quality control standards Required qualifications PhD in Clinical Psychology, Neuropsychology, or related field with 2-5+ years of experience in industry or academia Experience working with individuals with significant pediatric neurodevelopmental/neurobehavioral disorders Expertise in neuropsychological testing and patient-reported outcomes, especially in pediatric populations Demonstrated experience in the design and execution of clinical trials and familiarity with GCP/ICH guidelines Strong collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment Virtual Vocations Inc
