Oncology Clinical Educator, Hematology - Northeast Overlay

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Oncology Clinical Educator for the Hematology team covering the Northeast territory. The role provides clinical education to nurses, pharmacists, and advanced practice providers on disease state management and J&J oncology product profiles to support patient care teams and patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with patient care teams across academic and community oncology accounts
• Develop strategic territory education plans based on customer needs and clinical challenges
• Conduct clinical education on disease state awareness, product profiles, and treatment administration
• Deliver presentations in one-on-one, roundtable, and formal settings to healthcare professionals
• Document and communicate clinical insights from customer engagements to inform education strategy

Requirements

• Clinical background in oncology or hematology nursing, pharmacy, or advanced practice
• Experience educating healthcare professionals in clinical or medical affairs settings
• Strong knowledge of hematologic malignancies and treatment modalities
• Ability to communicate complex clinical information to diverse audiences
• Field-based role requiring travel throughout Northeast territory
• Understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory guidelines in oncology
