Role Description This full-time, on-site Salesperson role is based at a Mobilelink retail location in Little Rock, AR. The Salesperson is responsible for greeting customers, understanding their wireless needs, and recommending appropriate devices, plans, and accessories. Daily activities include explaining product features, processing sales transactions, activating new lines and upgrades, and assisting customers with account questions and basic troubleshooting. The role also involves maintaining store displays, ensuring inventory is organized, and supporting promotional campaigns to meet individual and store sales targets. Collaboration with team members, adherence to company policies, and delivering consistent, professional customer service are central to success in this position. Qualifications Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with a diverse range of customers. Sales and retail experience, including consultative selling, upselling, and meeting or exceeding performance goals in a similar environment. Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn about wireless devices, plans, accessories, and carrier offerings to provide accurate information. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail when handling transactions, documentation, and store merchandising. Ability to work on-site in Little Rock, AR, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by retail business needs. Reliable teamwork and collaboration skills, along with the ability to work independently and follow established procedures. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales, communications, or business is beneficial.
