Senior Radiation Therapist

Senior Radiation Therapist – Providence Mission Hospital, Mission Viejo, CA This part‑time position requires an 8‑hour day shift. Responsibilities Assist the manager with ensuring adequate flow of patient care in the Radiation Oncology department. Identify and solve patient problems, documenting outcomes. Teach and supervise co‑workers and students, contributing to their training. Interact with other departments within the Cancer Center and collaborate as needed. Assume complete responsibility and accountability for patient care with minimal supervision. Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Must hold a California Therapeutic Radiologic Technology or California Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiologic Technology license, or a National Registered Technologist – Radiation Therapy credential. Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Radiation Therapist in a clinical setting. Preferred Qualifications 2 years of experience in a fast‑paced Radiation Oncology department.
