Position Overview As a New Car Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving automotive sales and managing the sales process. You will be responsible for negotiating deals, training and mentoring sales staff, developing sales strategies, and delivering a superior car-buying experience for our valued customers. Key Responsibilities Oversee the deal process, approving sale, trade-in, and incentive amounts. Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales professionals to ensure maximum performance. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management. Foster a positive and customer-focused sales environment. Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, procedures, and safeguards. Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions. Qualifications Proven track record as a Sales Manager in a new car franchised dealership Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
