The Perinatal Nurse Manager will guide a vibrant, high-acuity unit averaging approximately 350-500 births each month, delivering comprehensive services across labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum. You will drive initiatives centered on patient safety, clinical excellence, throughput, and operational efficiency, supported by modern equipment and a cohesive interdisciplinary team. Reporting to the Director of Women's Services, this maternal child health leadership position oversees roughly 25 FTEs and stewards day-to-day operations, staffing, and resource management.
