Founded in 1975, Superior Auto Inc. is one of the nation's largest privately held Buy Here, Pay Here Automotive Retailers, with more than 70 locations. We're looking for a motivated, results-driven General Manager to lead a dealership to success. This is an opportunity to grow your career while leading a team, serving your community, and making a direct impact on the success of your store.
What You'll Do- Lead the daily operations of the dealership, including sales, collections, and customer service.
- Recruit, coach, and motivate a team to achieve and exceed performance goals.
- Build strong relationships with customers and the local community to drive business growth.
- Monitor dealership performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are followed.
- Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives.
- No late nights or Sunday shifts.
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
- 1 day off during the week (Tues, Wed, Thurs)
- Sundays are always off!
