Responsibilities Creating digital/hand sketches and drawings Developing landscape designs for a variety of projects, including commercial and residential properties Collaborating with engineers, planners, and construction team members to integrate designs Managing timelines for projects, client expectations, and budgeting Knowledge of take‑offs and estimating is a plus Staying up to date with trends and guidelines Preparing presentations, technical drawings, plans, and other design software Learning and executing our design‑build process Qualifications Minimum two years of experience in landscape design Knowledge of hardscaping and planting materials Familiarity with local zoning laws, construction codes, and environmental guidelines Proficiency in design software Experience CAD systems Adobe Suite Microsoft Office Sketch‑Up Digital drawing (3‑D, rendering, blueprints) Writing/reading skills Mathematics Sales Job Information Job Type: Full‑time Pay: $75,000.00 per year Experience: SketchUp: 1 year (Preferred), AutoCAD: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Lynn, MA 01902 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: Lynn, MA 01902: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Leahy Landscaping Inc
