We are conducting a confidential search for a Business Unit Manager with an established global industrial organization specializing in engineered equipment, automation technologies, and advanced manufacturing solutions.

This senior leadership position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced business leader to oversee operations, drive profitable growth, develop commercial strategies, and lead cross‑functional teams within a technically sophisticated manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will bring:

Proven leadership experience in industrial manufacturing, engineered equipment, automation, or related technical markets.
Demonstrated success managing business unit operations, financial performance, and P&L responsibilities.
Strong commercial acumen with experience driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and developing strategic customer relationships.
Experience leading cross‑functional teams spanning sales, engineering, manufacturing, operations, and customer support.
Ability to develop and execute business strategies focused on operational excellence, profitability, and sustainable growth.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, engineered products, and complex industrial customer requirements.
Proven ability to build high‑performing teams, establish accountability, and lead organizational improvement initiatives.
Strategic mindset combined with a hands‑on, results‑oriented leadership approach.
