Warehouse Shipping Clerk

Job Description: Location: Monroe Township, New Jersey CoWorx Staffing Services is hiring for a fast‑paced and growing distribution warehouse, for a Warehouse Shipping Clerk with experience in reverse logistics and inventory systems. This role is ideal for someone detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills who thrives in a dynamic warehouse environment. Shift: 8am-4:30pm Monday‑Friday Overtime may be required. Please submit resume when applying. Responsibilities Perform data entry and reconciliation within Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Support inventory control processes, including cycle counts and resolution of discrepancies. Manage and process reverse logistics activities, including returns, inspections, and disposition. Investigate and troubleshoot inventory or shipment issues. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers to resolve concerns. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with warehouse procedures. Desired Background / Skills Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) required. Strong background in data entry and reconciliation. Previous experience in reverse logistics, warehousing, or distribution environments. Inventory control experience is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to problem‑solve, multitask, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
