Clinical Development Scientist, Manager--Inflammation and Immunology (I&I)

Clinical Development Scientist supporting the development and execution of clinical studies for small molecule and novel biological therapies in inflammation and immunology. The role involves collaborative work with cross-functional teams on study protocols, safety reviews, and investigator support, with opportunities for both independent contribution and mentored learning.
Responsibilities
- Support development and execution of simple to moderately complex clinical studies
- Prepare and review study documents including protocols, informed consent forms, and training materials
- Collect and collate safety data for safety review meetings and ongoing monthly data reviews
- Provide technical support on clinical issues to internal and external collaborators and investigators
- Collaborate with study teams to maintain communication and support study completion
Requirements
- PharmD or PhD in related discipline, OR MS/MA/MSN with 2+ years clinical study experience, OR BS/BA/BSN with 4+ years clinical study experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines
- Understanding of pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical drug development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Compensation: $106,000–$176,600 base (annual); eligible for 15% performance bonus and long-term share incentive program
