We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager specializing in commercial telecommunications and telecom tower construction to join our Project and Development Services team. Our team’s priorities are:

What this job involves:

Leading industry changing projects

As a Senior Project Manager at JLL, you will be directly responsible for executing complex project goals through agile and strategic leadership. Leveraging a national platform will allow you to focus on and lead industry changing projects that influence the future of work. Your strong knowledge of construction projects from start to finish will speak to your holistic approach to client needs. Your influence will be founded in facilitating critical stakeholder meetings, providing on-site project leadership and applying financial acumen to meet client goals.

Other Responsibilities:

- Support Architect & Engineer site walks

- Support Local Utility walks (Fiber/Power) and discuss site needs with the utility vendors

- Support bid walks

- Support construction kickoff walks

- Support on-site inspections

- Support GC Punchlist walk

- Coordinate review/completion of GC close out packages

- Ability to review Construction Drawings and understand Project Specifications

Education and experience

· A bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering or Construction Management required

• (7+) years of Construction project management experience in commercial telecommunications and telecom tower construction
• Construction inspection experience and construction drawing review capabilities

· Experience ordering and reviewing engineering deliverables including geotechnical reports, structural analyses, and surveys

· Additional language skills (written & oral) preferred

Travel:

This position requires 30% international travel to Asia-Pacific countries.

Estimated compensation for this position:

137,000.00 – 159,500.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
