Join our team in Louisville, KY as a precision welder focused on GTAW (TIG). Picture your day: you start by reviewing prints, dialing in your machine, and laying down consistent, high-quality beads across a range of metals. You take pride in craftsmanship, keep safety front and center, and collaborate closely with teammates to hit daily production targets.

Schedule & Location

• Louisville, KY
• 1st Shift: 4 10's Monday–Thursday

What You'll Tackle

• Set up and operate TIG welding equipment to fabricate and repair metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Inspect completed welds for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment for peak performance.
• Support and mentor junior welders when needed.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; welding technical certification preferred.
• Hands-on experience as a TIG welder with a track record of quality work.
• Strong blueprint and technical drawing interpretation skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to excellence.
• Comfort working independently and within a fast-paced team environment.
• Resourceful problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
• Solid knowledge of welding safety standards and best practices.
