Administrative Specialist - Women's and Children's

Responsible for the coordination of a variety of complex administrative functions and maintenance of electronic information systems for a department.

* Provides coordination and support for Programs.

* Develops and maintains information systems including databaseselectronic files and websites.

* Develops implements and maintains effective and professional office practices and procedures.

* In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent

Experience: 2 years relevant experience

Licensure: None required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.

The starting base rate for this role is $19.49 hourly. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
