This role supports both guest facing and internal systems, including video surveillance, web cams, lodge monitors, digital signage, cable/IP TV services, RFID, POS systems, desktops/laptops, and resort-wide music infrastructure. Responsibilities include installation, configuration, deployment, maintenance, analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, and user support across a diverse technology environment.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Technology Support & Field SystemsResearch and analyze technical needs and resources across the resort, developing working knowledge of operational workflowsResearch and recommend hardware and software solutionsInstall, configure, and support POS systems and peripheralsProvide technical support for RFID infrastructure, including gate configuration and hardware/software supportSupport speakers, amplifiers, and music streaming devices throughout the resortConfigure and support desktops and laptopsInstall, configure, and maintain:IP camerasDigital signage boardsMusic subscription servicesSpeakersCable/IP TV servicesCabling and device connectivityPerform ongoing maintenance of supported devices and systemsService Management & DocumentationRespond to support requests via Freshservice, email, and telephoneDocument, track, and monitor tickets to ensure timely resolutionMaintain system and process documentationParticipate in on-call rotations and provide ‑ support as ‑Provide training and share knowledge with IT team membersCollaboration & Customer ServiceWork closely with supervisors, team members, other departments, vendors, and external partnersFollow Killington Hospitality Guidelines and deliver superior service to guests and end-usersPerform other duties as assignedBasic QualificationsAssociate degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to work outdoorsAbility to climb laddersAvailability for weekend and after-hours‑Valid driver’s license and ability to provide own transportation for intra‑resort travelRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in computer science preferredTechnical SkillsExperience with Windows operating systemsWorking knowledge of PC, laptop, and tablet hardware and peripheralsKnowledge of basic networking conceptsStrong troubleshooting skills and ability to learn quicklyCommunication & ProfessionalismStrong verbal and written communication skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorSystems & Endpoint ManagementExperience managing WSUS and Windows Update processesExperience configuring Windows Update Rings in IntuneManaging on-premises‑Security & PlatformsDeploying and managing SSL certificates for servers and third-party‑Administration of:Microsoft TeamsExchange OnlineSharePoint OnlineIt is the policy of Killington/Pico Ski Resort Partners, LLC to provide equal opportunity and employment to all staff and applicants.
