Associate Minister

First Congregational Church of Eugene, United Church of Christ, is seeking a ¾-time Associate Pastor to join our vibrant, inclusive, and progressive faith community. This person will collaborate with the Lead Pastor, staff, and lay leaders in supporting the worship, pastoral, educational, justice‑oriented, and administrative life of the congregation. The role includes shared leadership in worship, pastoral care, faith formation, volunteer development, community engagement, and staff collaboration.
