Our organization is excited to present a fantastic full-time opportunity (approximately seven 24-hour shifts monthly) or part-time position (around four 24-hour shifts each month) for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Obstetrics and Gynecology Laborist physician. This role is based at our medical center in Mishawaka, Indiana , which is experiencing growth in its Laborist practice.

As part of a mission-driven team, you will be welcomed into an award-winning and nurturing birthing center featuring a Level III NICU. The facility handles a significant number of deliveries each month, equipped with eight labor rooms, four antepartum rooms, and 15-20 postpartum rooms. Laborists can anticipate managing 20-25 deliveries monthly, including C-sections.

Our medical center boasts an in-house laboratory and ultrasound services, along with 24-hour dedicated OB anesthesia and Maternal Fetal Medicine available five out of seven days a week. Laborists are not required to take Gyn ED call.

This position offers a flexible schedule with options for 12- or 24-hour shifts, promoting a healthy work-life balance in the beautiful region of North Central Indiana.

Qualified candidates should be Board Certified or Board Eligible, with two to three years of experience (five years preferred). Proficiency in Spanish is an added advantage.
