Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Pharmacist

Shift: Mid / 1p-9p, 8x5, 40hrs per week

Length: 13 weeks

6am to 2:30pm shift (would be the only pharmacist until the 7:30am pharmacist comes in), 7:30am to 4pm, 8am to 4:30pm, 1pm to 9pm (would be the only pharmacist after 4:30pm until the overnight pharmacists come in)

Requirements:

• NE License
• 2 years' experience in institutional pharmacy
• Graduate of a college of pharmacy
• BLS
• Successfully completed NAPLEX
• EPIC experience
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in institutional pharmacy environment preferred
• Advanced education or training preferred
• Medi-dose experience
• Pyxis experience
• ACLS preferred

Other Details:

• 50 miles of this hospital
• Does not accept local candidates
• Bed size/number of rooms for the department: All inpatients and outpatients requiring medication orders
